So this time I decided to look up information on the holiday I knew nothing about before I came here to comment and/or ask questions.

Thanksgiving.

Ok, so I get the sentiment behind the title, which seems very nice and a good thing to celebrate. HOWEVER...

Why do we celebrate this? According to my research it isn't proven that this event actually happened, and even if it did it would have been wildly different than what is portrayed. These "pilgrims" (an odd name for people who were escaping religious prosecution but I'll get to that) were starving and freezing because they were in an environment they were entirely unprepared for so it was more likely that they approached the indigenous people with buckled hats in hand.

She's back in Madison Valley, however, she's currently in the clinic and unconscious. I got a call a little while ago from a woman who found her and got her to the clinic. She was pretty out of it so I don't really know what happened while she was home, but it obviously wasn't good.

I wanted to let you all know and either she or I will message you again when she's awake. I'll be staying at the clinic until then.
