I have come out the other side of the MADNESS of running a fashion show!

First of all, many thanks to Jill for all her work and support and brilliant ideas!

And to all the AMAZING and TALENTED designers who made such fabulous clothes. They are already clamouring for one in the fall so hopefully all of you will be up to come and see such a thing again!

Thank you to the MODELS! Would not have been possible without all of you. I hope I can count on you for round 2!!!

Thank you to the ENDLESS volunteers who showed up and did just about anything and everything under the sun to make sure that things ran well. It didn't matter what it was, it made a difference.

Many special thanks to Simon for dealing with my insanity and the fact that I was in constant need of coffee and for allowing me to sleep for the last week solid. Love you!

Almost time for the fashion show!

Models, you should have meet with your designer this week. Final fittings next week!

Mark your calendars for 24 for a practice at [venue name and address]. All models should be there from 4 to 6 for practice!

We will have a full dress rehearsal (minus clothing, hair and makeup) on the 27 - same time, same place! Be prepared to be there! We need to make sure we are running on time that day.

EVERYONE! You can all come to the fashion show itself! [Link to flyer for Jan 28 from 6 to 7]

Participants - we need an after party! Anyone interested in organizing?!

It is quite interesting, in my opinion, how life works.

You think that one way is the only way that things will happen and suddenly life provides you with a different option and you realise it was much better.

So I shall enjoy what is making me happy at the moment and savour it - even though it wasn't the plan.

Thank you Simon for treating me with such kindness.

Thank you Ash for keeping the door between us just open enough but understanding why its closed.

Thank you to my Professor for keeping me inspired to write.

Thank you Thrift Store for an exciting place to work.

And (oddly) thank you Rose for continually beating me up.
