So...this is kind of terrifying, but I think I need to do it regardless. For me.

Hi. My name's Cole Stewart. I come from a place that's really different from this where all the kids either died or developed powers. I was supposed to be too old but somehow...I wasn't.

So. Yeah. I'm a Red. Meaning I have control over fire. This isn't a good thing, although it might sound cool. Back home this jackass has organized Reds into this big army, brainwashing them and basically using them as canon fodder.

I've only told a very few people this back home but I want to fit in here, and I want to make this my home. So...yeah.

New Arrival

My name is Effie Trinket, (model, starlet, public relations guru).

I'm new in this pedestrian little town, where I hear that lost souls regularly turn up.

I've been given a sad little apartment which is tragically beige and enough money to buy a day dress and a pair of last season's shoes if I am frugal, but other than that I am quite bereft. It's an improvement on my stay in District 13, but I wouldn't call it living.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where one to find some glamour in this mediocre little place?

March always comes with weird memories. Possibly because a few of my closest friends and I often celebrated Saint Patrick's Day together here and now, part of that grouping is gone. I've been a hermit, lately, for various reasons. I'm grateful for Johanna, for not letting me get too bad.

Sometimes, having hundreds of voices in one's head is not exactly the kindest thing to deal with. Also I'm grateful for having a place to work out at with one of my best friends. She puts up with a lot, thank goodness.
