My favorite thing about December is getting an advent calendar to count down to Christmas. It's not even so much that I am excited for Christmas, I just like having a little treat every day.

There are so many options though that it gets overwhelming to pick! I got a classic chocolate one, but was tempted by the tea ones and the cheese ones.

Anyone else got one?

I'm sure some of you have noticed by now that Starbucks didn't open this morning.

After the "events" of yesterday, and the fact that we employees were there until 3AM cleaning and fixing the mess that all you morons made, Starbucks is closed until 9AM Monday morning.

That's right, people. We held a meeting with the manager, and we're ALL taking the weekend off. Get your fix somewhere else the next two days.

Also, in the event of any sort of fight or disturbance, management will now OFFICIALLY be looking the other way when Clove stabs the perpetrators. And before you all get your bonnets in a twist about it, MOLLY brought it up. You know, that sweet, quiet, barista that hides in the walk-in to cry whenever a customer yells at her? Yes, she's the one that brought it up.

So, after this weekend, if you don't want to add 'Stabbed by a Starbucks Barista' to your Madison Valley bingo card, BEHAVE.

Aiya! I know that someone told my zhiji, my Lan Wangji, that introducing himself was a good thing. Unfortunately, this is all new to him. We're from Ancient China. About 1500 years in the past. Devices like this don't exist.
