Took the dogs for a walk this morning and oh, such an adventure.

Max was trying to make friends with anyone and everyone we came across, and Henry just kept looking at him like he'd lost his ever-loving mind.

From all the reading I've been doing it seems like Thanksgiving is a bit like Chuseok, which I missed out on this year. I'm looking forward to seeing how true that is, and experiencing my first Thanksgiving. Even if there is some questionable parts about the holiday and I can't even really eat the food. Orphan Thanksgiving

I have no family here, and no significant other(s) either. And I'm sure I'm not alone in this.

So. I'm hosting an Orphan Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday afternoon. Anyone and everyone who has no other holiday plans is welcome to attend. I'll provide turkey, ham, stuffings, a variety of pies, and lots of booze (also iced tea and other non-alcoholic beverages). All I ask of my potential guests is:

1. RSVP to this post so I know how many people to prepare for.
2. Bring a side dish
3. If you show up before 2 pm, I'll put you work.
