Back home, I'd been on the road for a while, but one thing I did every week, every Sunday, was call my mom to check in with her and my dad. Sometimes I'd call my sister, too.

It just hit me when I glanced at the clock that today will be the first time in months I won't talk to her, or my dad, or the rest of my family, and I didn't know I'd miss being able to do that so much.

I arrived yesterday. I'm sorry for not introducing myself then but as I'm sure you can all understand, I had a bloody shock with it all.

I'm George Weasley. My brother Fred, you all know. Though I'm a lot older than he is. I can't believe I just typed that. Merlin, this is confusing as hell.

I have a wife and two kids. Should a beautiful woman named Angelina arrive, or a boy who looks just like me but with brown eyes or a girl with beautiful dark skin and brown eyes (she's the spitting image of her mother) arrive... let me know immediately.

Even knowing they are somehow okay and haven't realized I've gone... I worry.
