Not sure if you saw Dick's post about a man named Doctor Johnathan Crane, also known as Scarecrow, but yeah, he's from Gotham. Please be careful since the gas is very dangerous. It's a fear gas cause he loves using it, and it will have you feel like your fears are very real.

There's a man in town from Gotham and he's dangerous. His name is Doctor Johnathan Crane, but he also goes by Scarecrow. He likes to manipulate people and tonight I saw evidence of him using one of his favourite weapons to cause chaos which is a gas that will induce fear and panic to those who breathe it in. If you see someone affected by the gas, keeping them from harm until the gas dissipates in this system is the best strategy.
