I went to the clinic today, volunteering there for the first time since my Spirit returned.

I healed a few broken bones, cuts and scrapes and...I feel great. I mean, I feel more alive than I have in years. So...so far so good. If I can just keep myself from crashing, everything will be perfect.

So...this is a little personal, but I'm hoping maybe someone might know the answer.

I've been taking birth control pills for a couple of months now, and I'm pretty sure they're giving me horrible headaches. I'd like to stop taking them, but not without something to take their place.

Condoms aren't really something I want to do; we like the spontaneity and from what I've read, they fail pretty easily. Does anyone know other options? Does the shot they can give girls have the same side effects?

While it seems that everyone is on the subject of gatherings:

I've recently come to learn about something called a murder mystery party. It seems to be something of a staged murder scene that participants are then challenged to solve, to bring the fictional murderer to justice, as it were. It seems to be a good bit of fun, and an excellent use of skills for both trained detectives, training detectives, and clever civilians.

I'd thought, perhaps, to organize one such dinner event.

I don't suppose there would be any interest?
