Show of hands if you're an adult who got turned into a kid or teenager and are much happier now that you're an adult again. Being fifteen for a second time was just too weird. I mean, yes, I don't look that much older than when I was fifteen and everyone thinks I'm seventeen, but there's a big difference mentally between fifteen and twenty four. At least there was for me.

So, it's both kind of strange and not so strange that I came from 2013 and now it's 2014. Like, sometimes it still feels like we're just on a vacation, but then I read the network and remember that we're not. I often wonder what I'd find if we could leave and I went to Forks. I know that technically we're not real, but what's there? I guess that's something we'll never really find out.

It always amuses me when it starts to get cold and I'm out there in a t-shirt and I get the weirdest looks from people. Most people at home are used to it, I think, but here they aren't. I was out last night and this old woman told me I should wear a jacket before I catch cold. I had to just smile and nod.
I think I'm close to getting my bike running. I can't wait to take it for a test drive. It's been too long since I've ridden.

So, Halloween is pretty much the best holiday. I've got my list of costumes narrowed down to 3. I know, amazing, right? Especially considering that so many of the options I could find are actual real life people here. Or maybe that helped me narrow it down a bit more.

I uncovered an old bike in the shop today. My boss said it's a piece of junk and if I can get it running then I can have it. I basically rebuilt the one I had at home from a piece of junk, so I'm confident that I can get this up and running. I miss riding, so it'll be nice to have a bike again.

If I had to get stuck anywhere, I'm glad it's a place with a large expanse of woods. If I'd gotten stuck in an actual city, I don't know where I'd run to get out the excess energy. It's different than Forks, but mostly because I knew the forests there like the back of my hand. Learning new scents and terrain is strange.

Okay, so now that I'm a lot less stressed and will be able to focus better, it's probably a good idea for me to look for a job. Is there a garage or mechanic around here who needs someone? I'm really good at fixing cars and bikes and worked as a mechanic back home for the last few years before being brought here. I'm also like to get a bike soon. I restored the one I had back home, so I wouldn't mind doing that again.

I wonder if the people back wherever we all come from noticed the portals and are worried about us, or trying to get us back. I miss my mom
I don't like this. I don't like that I'm here and Nessie is in Forks. I don't like knowing that anything could be happening there and I'm stuck here.
