I need a job.

Is anyone looking for help? I'm very good at math and science and know a little bit about magic. Sometimes I hallucinate but it's not as bad here as back home.

I don't like being alone here. It's so quiet and all I can think about is how much I miss my friends and how much I don't want to die.

At least the town is interesting. The barrier alone offers so much to study and everyone is so nice.

So this place is real?

At first I thought I was hallucinating again but I never hallucinated like this before. Then I thought that maybe I was dead but I've been feeling good. Then I thought it was because of the door but portals make a lot of sense. There is a lot of data that supports the existence of parallel universes and other dimensions.

I hope the others don't worry about me.
