I knew it was too ~~god damned~~ quiet in this place for it to last, just wasn't exactly expecting to see the Dead up and walking around.

Bottom line is this: I'm makin' supply runs for folks who need 'em. Since we got know way of knowing how long this fun time is gonna last, or if it's gonna go on 'till we put each and every one of of 'em down, be reasonable about what you're askin' for. And don't be stupid. Stay indoors unless you know what you're gettin' into, and how's about we all try really hard to avoid gettin' chewed on, huh?

You know... when we defeated Ultron there was this sense that, maybe, we wouldn't have to worry about our lives 24/7. When I settled in here I figured that was the end of my post apocalyptic misadventures and maybe everyone was right. The bows and arrows belonged at home or the range. I could wander the streets freely. Have a normal life. Go to that child prison you all call a school. Nothing was going to kill me. Well thanks, Storybrooke. When this is over it's going to be 500 times harder to convince me to go to school unarmed.

At least these zombies are easier to kill than robots. AND they're just zombies. Totally could've been worst. Like reanimated corpses of your deceased loved ones so things are extra personal.

I have found a game called Dance Dance Revolution. Despite its honorable name, it has nothing to do with Revolution. I was very disappointed.

Despite the lies it tells, I found myself missing my compatriots while attempting to move in rhythm. It is a foolish past time, and yet I could see many of Les Amis enjoying the attempt. They were ever distracted around feminine flesh, and attempts to enjoy company with ladies of our acquaintance, one of their few faults.

For anyone who spoke with the traitor Javert, he has not bothered me recently, so I assume he was returned to his dishonorable toadying and oppression.

The coming and going is so jarring. I don't know how the people here are just so blasé about these things. As if disappearing and reappearing people who should be fictional is just the way the world works. There is no world where it works like that! Except this one. It's not normal.

I'm starting a community theater group until this nonsense stops and I can go home. Sign ups are in the library and our first meeting is on the fifth. Anyone who likes can be involved, regardless of experience. And someone mentioned a book club? I can organize that, too. I'm very good with organization and planning and hosting.

Just because school's started doesn't mean we're not doing practices anymore. It's still in the training grounds in the woods, starting at 6:30.

If any new arrivals want to join us, feel free! We do a lot of sparring, both armed and disarmed, with sword training, hand-to-hand and basic self-defense.

Personally, I'd love to spar with someone whose style I'm not familiar with. And sometimes Thor shows up.

If you're looking for something to do on the long weekend, the shooting range is offering 2 for 1 lessons. That applies to archery (taught by moi) and guns (though why you'd want to learn to shoot guns I don't know).

For students who want to learn archery but can't make it this weekend, I'll be TAing the archery section of PE.
