How much of the history in this world sticks across worlds? Different worlds, different backgrounds, but the big moments stay mostly the same? Looks like when you dig, if it's not somewhere that's got a whole different set up, a lot of it looks similar.

Given that we three are now here, it would be capital to begin meeting regularly.This is a most peaceful town, quite sleepy in comparison to the dramatic flair that we are accustomed to, but I should think our vigilance would not go remiss. Otherwise, I might yet show you what I've been up to. The technology is clearly more advanced than our time but, in addition to our rural setting, there are other elements that I've collected which could be useful for maintaining surveillance. In our way, of course. In addition to Steve, there are a whole host of other powered individuals. I've done my best to keep a handwritten catalog of them, so that we are aware of their abilities. But people come and go very quickly here.

I find Storybrooke to be much like the sleepy little town in which I was born -- only, it seems, we've traded the rolling hills and cattle for fir trees and sailing. After having procured an adequate pair of boots, I quite quickly landed a new position.

If - indeed - you need a clock wound or serviced, if you need a watch battery or a few new feathers for your cuckoo, you should come see me.

Coulson and I have come to the conclusion that Ward has made enough progress to remain alive. He is well aware that none of you will be expected to treat him any differently than you already do nor are under any obligation to forgive him in the future. But he has demonstrated a desire to improve as well as a sincerity that both Coulson and myself do not believe can be faked.

He is also aware that any of us can and will put him down should the situation change, or we become aware that he was lying to us about this reform.

It isn't every day one finds a magical portal through an underground bunker in New Jersey. Hello, then. Storybrooke seems a rather picturesque and sleepy town. Of course, seems can be quite deceiving in a world which offers the likes of time and space travel as an regular and ongoing occurrence. I suppose I'll just have to get used to it.

As far as portal trips and orientations go, I can't complain. Storybrooke seems like its used to handling a little oddness. To those I don't know yet, I'm Steve Rogers. Regardless of the circumstances, I'm looking forward to making your acquaintance.

So, say a guy has two lady friends that he really likes. He was in love with one, but for... reasons, they were separated. During this separation he became good friends with the other lady, and they went on a date, and it was really nice, and he was starting to fall for her. But now the first gal is back and the guy still loves her, but he also still has feelings for the other gal.

What does a guy do in this situation?

While I am waiting to here back from Ms Swan about a legal guardian as I am sure this world doesn't allow people who are underage to live by themselves or with an unknown person which is my current situation I thought it would be best if I started to find my way around town and as much about this town as a I could. Perhaps someone could at least provide me answers on the first?

Also, are there any bookstores here that I could take a look at?

What an unpleasant start to my birthday.

Luckily we have the residents of 'Storybrooke' to keep us up to speed when it comes to certain things. I don't believe throwing the word 'magic' around is getting us anywhere at this point. Magic portals. Magic isn't working. There's a magic barrier around town. What we should really be putting an effort into is 'what is the source of the magic behind the portals' and getting it/them/etc to reverse what has happened. In the meantime, it appears as though the Mayor of this town and all the residents are being very accommodating. I think it's only best that we make the attempt to return the favor.
