For those of you who haven't heard, Sydney and I have BOUGHT A NEW HOUSE!

That's right. I'm a homeowner. And I'm in a monogamous relationship. I'm getting all kinds of responsible here, aren't I?

Anyway, we're going to be having a housewarming party for anyone who wants to come on Sunday, the day after the Art Festival. If you want to help pay my mortgage, you should come to the Art and Music festival and buy some of my paintings. Which...I still really need to paint. Or not. The party starts at our house at noon!
