I was curious, is there anyone else here from New York? I guess I'm curious about the differences between my New York and other dimensions or universes or whatevers New York. Does that make sense? Then again, a lot of the stuff that happened in my New York, mortals wouldn't have even known exactly what was happening.

Are any of you guys like really restless? I know that the likelihood of a monster attack here is low, at least not like at home, but I keep finding myself looking over my shoulder when I'm out.

All these dogs running about and not a single a mabari war hound to be seen. It's quite disappointing really. Especially when I had the misfortune to have one of these stray dogs hump my leg. A mabari would never do something so undignified. Roll in nug poop, sure. Hump a leg, never.

Since this quaint town and strange future still proves far better than the path I was about to embark on, I'll grudgingly accept my fate. Now, if anyone would be so kind to point me towards the nearest pub or café, I'll be sure to keep my fingers busy and my mind occupied in the absence of my sheet music and ivory keys.

Hello, John Watson here, I'd like to request for Molly Hooper to be moved to a room outside of Tower 2, room 209. Maybe on the same floor. She was assigned to someone who is a murdering psychopath with a relatively good reason to mess with her.

I suppose I should not be speaking of something so terribly intimate to the network, but I am bubbling over and I hope that nobody will be offended by my words, yes?

The beds we have been given in this place are like sleeping on a fluffy cloud! How ever did they make mattresses so soft? I would happily take one of them home with me, when I go...if I do go. But I must, yes? There must be a way home? I cannot leave Marius as he is, it would be terribly cruel.

It would seem that I have ended up with one of those stray dogs as well. I've named him Doc because he looks exactly like the dog I had several years ago by the same name. Though I hope this one is better behaved.

Well it looks as if I will no longer be living with Finnick and Annie. Of course I'll miss them, but they deserve to have as much alone time as possible!

I have to admit, I feel incredibly silly right now. If the dates are correct, my 18th birthday was last week. I forgot my own birthday. I'll make an excuse that I've been practicing that time seemed to just fly by! I'll stick with that excuse, it seems less sad that way.

So, I printed out all the stuff I needed to study for my GED and after a few good looks at I dumped it in the trash. If I'm good enough to crawl through the mud come wind or rain while trying to not to get trampled or blasted by mechs, I can handle whatever without a piece of paper. I understand Matt now And I started off so well. I'll get back to it when I've had a chance to assimilate.
