Call me curious, but despite the recent magic issues around here lately, are there people here that don't want to go back to where they were before Storybrooke? Or at least don't want to go back empty handed?

Does anyone else find it really weird to read news about what's going on in the rest of the country and the world? I mean, we're not really a part of it anymore. I've been keeping up with it just out of habit, but it kind of just makes me feel more cut off from everything. We're basically trapped in Crazy Land

I've also been trying to find something that might help with the gender... problem, but no luck yet, sorry. Still working on it.

Am I the only one who remained the gender they went to sleep as?

Well, this is an interesting little place. I'm not sure I love being stuck here, but ohmygod the coffee. I don't know what you guys put in it, but that stuff at the coffee place is amazing.

Magic portals? I highly doubt I was brought here by any form of a magic portal.

FILTERED AWAY FROM STORYBROOKE NATIVES
Right, so I'm not claiming to be an expert on this whole thing, but it looks like none of us really have a choice about staying or going and while our hosts seem friendly enough at the moment I can't be the only one who has a few concerns. It seems like they're doing their best and so far it's good, but what about the long term? Do they even have ideas in place for that, do they even have someone working on finding a way to send us all back where we're supposed to be?

What if we approached the government about appointing someone as a representative for us? Someone who could be an active member in their decision making when it came to dealing with all of us random people just showing up and working to create solutions for any concerns or issues on both sides of the fence.

I've decided that fandoms officially creep me out and I shouldn't have looked myself up online. At least not without a copious amount of booze within reach. That being said, I haven't decided if Tumblr is an abomination or not.
Things to do in town. What are they and do any of them involve karaoke, 80s music, and plenty of alcohol?

Well then, this.. this is new. I'd rant and rave over how I need to get home, but I've been looking through the network enough to realize it's not going to do me much good. Besides, if I'm going to be honest, this place looks a hell of a lot better than home. A lot less mass destruction by spoiled super powered murderers. I'm just going to take this as a sign that someone is insisting, in an extravagant and inconvenient way, that I take a break.

So who can I talk to about getting a job at the paper? If I'm going to be stuck here, I need to be doing something useful. I may be without my other resources, but journalism is still the best tool I have left in my arsenal.
