I appear to have run out of clothing. Not that I had much to begin with.

Otherwise I'll just walk around naked. While I don't find that an issue, I know some more prudish people in this place do and I find dealing with the city guard tiresome. So to avoid a scene, would anyone be kind enough to spare me some clothing until I can clean what I do have?

I'm starting to bask in the irony that - waking up somewhere you shouldn't be - is now a communal experience.

Right then, does anyone know where to find the chantry board?

I am being very calm right now because my infant daughter is sleeping on my lap and I don't want to wake her up. I am being calm.

Calmly, I would like to know where the fuck I am, who the fuck brought me here and how the fuck do I get home. I don't know what the fuck you think you're going to get by bringing me here but I'm not an Avenger anymore.

Are there any casual kind of teams around here? Lacrosse, or soccer (football, for Brits) or anything? Maybe with non-superpowered people? Or separate teams for superhumans and then the rest of us can cheerlead for you and play on our own as a warm up or something?

The library's got a lot of stock for a little place. If anyone's got books from home they don't mind letting us borrow, but don't want to leave, I managed to unearth a scanner, so I can scan in things for digital copies. Not great ones, but better than nothing for stuff that might not exist on the internet in this reality.

This is probably stupid to say, but I miss school. Helping out at the library wastes some time, but there's just way too much with nothing to do. But gawk. Even if it was summer back home, that's different than being here with no reason to be.

Well, this doesn't invalidate my other theories on trans-dimensional travel, but it does add some new, interesting wrinkles. It's well worth being stuck here for the time being to analyze it firsthand.
