[Paige, Savannah, Eve, Kristoff, Sean, and other Spell Casters]

On my way home, I encountered the arachnoid machines about which others have posted today. It was about the size of a small dog and made entirely of some type of metal. It was not overly aggressive, but it did seem interested in me, something that I did not wish to encourage.

I then discovered that while a simple knock-back spell does affect them, it is not for long enough that the spell seemed worth the energy required to cast it.

I did not try any other casts on it, but instead vacated the area entirely, as it seemed the best course of action.

I would be interested if anyone came across one of these creatures and had more success than I did.

Museum's New Year's Eve

A winter Wonderland black tie event.

New Year's Eve | Museum | Technically 21+, but definitely over 18. | Join In!

Join the museum and escape into the middle of what feels like a fairy version of Winter. Even the food follows the theme, like powdered sugar doughnuts arranged to look like trees, includng the alcohol served. For this event, Rebekah and Claudia ask for a winter clothing donation from those attending.

There is also a display of Alyssa's art that she donated. All proceeds will go towards youth art programs in the town.

I GOT A LATE START

but look, I had to find where everyone stored my decorations, decide where things were going, buy new stuff and figure it out if this year I was locally sourcing turkey skeletons or skipping that.

But Spooky Season is officially on. I shall be wearing nothing but orange and black and purple between now and November 1st. Pack House Members be warned, I have begun decorating.

I love Spooky Season.
