It's hard to believe that my youngest child turned six today. Feels like just yesterday she was learning to walk.

Seems that she is growing up rather quickly on you. How many children do you have?

Five. Four of them are here.

The other one of the future children?

No, he's just back home.

I'm sorry you've only got a few of your children here.

I've heard that's what happens with linear time.

But, that's still exciting!

It really is. She's starting to look like such a reminder of her mother, too.

I take it that means her mother isn't here?

I'm sorry if that's the case.

No, she's not. My wife was sent home a couple years ago.

I'd say I'm not ready for that, Dad, but I'm kind of excited for her to turn six.

I'd say you're going to start teaching her to get into all kinds of trouble, but she's a Halliwell and a Nast. She's known how to do that one since birth.

I'll help her hone her skills is all.

I'm good at that kind of thing.

And if she's got to learn it, might as well learn from the best.

I know just how that feels. It feels like time stands still when you are waiting for your child to arrive and then flies by after they are born.

I completely understand that sentiment as well. As King my son missed a lot of milestones in our children's lives.

I missed a lot of the milestones in my older boys' lives, and all of the milestones in my older daughter's life, so getting this opportunity is a blessing.

Calendars are marvelous things. I know I'd be lost without about four different calendars going.

Still sorting that out -- she's insisting on dinner at Hinkles, but beyond that she's giving me absolutely nothing to work with.

Which means that she will no doubt end up telling me in time to do something next weekend.
