Museum's New Year's Eve

A winter Wonderland black tie event.

New Year's Eve | Museum | Technically 21+, but definitely over 18. | Join In!

Join the museum and escape into the middle of what feels like a fairy version of Winter. Even the food follows the theme, like powdered sugar doughnuts arranged to look like trees, includng the alcohol served. For this event, Rebekah and Claudia ask for a winter clothing donation from those attending.

There is also a display of Alyssa's art that she donated. All proceeds will go towards youth art programs in the town.

Thanks for everyone who came out yesterday in support of the Christmas movie marathon. It was such a joy and to spread so much Christmas cheer to everyone. I am happy and exhausted. Today is a day of rest for me as I curl up with some hot cocoa, my warm and fluffy blanket and some TV. Today is also gift wrapping day. I think I went a little overboard but it was so worth it.

I've been on the quiet side, but for people who didn't know I've been back from my return home. I think I'll be finally able to go home from the clinic in a week or so, then I get the long road of healing. BUT until then I'm slowly losing my mind from boredom. This will help to make each and every single one of them special. I can’t wait to start decorating the theater in the next few weeks. Christmas is my favorite holiday, and I’ve already decorated my home. Turning the tree on and watching Christmas movies, it’s truly my happy place. I have met my new idol. I stopped for a caffeine boost on my way to Fight Night tonight, and this small group of ladies ended up behind me. The one was talking about how she had just moved out of her ex girlfriend's apartment because the ex had cheated on her, and she was telling her friends what she did for revenge.

First, she took the labels off of all the cans in the pantry and then mixed the cans up. Then she took all the shoelaces from all her shoes and boots. And finally, took all her spoons.

I paid for her drink.

I know that it won't really mean much to say. But, with ghosts appearing, I had a chance to reconnect with my father. I just want to say to the person that helped me to reconnect with him that I am thankful for that. Seeing him disappear was a little upsetting, but I know that it was only going to be a short time for him being here.
