My best mate's kid is an adorable little thing. Looks just like him, just with his mother's eyes.

Makes me almost want a little tyke of my own...for a minute. Until I remember nappies. And the fact I'd have to be responsible.

I arrived yesterday. I'm sorry for not introducing myself then but as I'm sure you can all understand, I had a bloody shock with it all.

I'm George Weasley. My brother Fred, you all know. Though I'm a lot older than he is. I can't believe I just typed that. Merlin, this is confusing as hell.

I have a wife and two kids. Should a beautiful woman named Angelina arrive, or a boy who looks just like me but with brown eyes or a girl with beautiful dark skin and brown eyes (she's the spitting image of her mother) arrive... let me know immediately.

Even knowing they are somehow okay and haven't realized I've gone... I worry.

This was a rather taboo topic in my time, though I’ve found that it is much less so in this one. Therefore, I’d like to ask your opinions of breastfeeding and whether or not you have done it with your child.

With George, I was so distraught over my husband’s death that he and I were not able to bond properly enough for breastfeeding. The nurse bottlefed him. I would like to try to breastfeed Abigail because I have heard that it is good for the child, though I would like to hear about the experiences of others before I make a decision.

Paige and I would like to announce the birth of our daughter and son, Amanda and Patrick Winterbourne-Cortez.

They were born this evening at around 10:00pm. Amanda weighed 5lbs, 3 oz and was sixteen inches long and Patrick weighed 5lbs, 5 oz and was eighteen inches long.

Both babies and mother are doing well.

It appears there is another portal in town. I ended up in this strange town by accident, but it was a fascinating place. Full of supernatural creatures and shops. They have potion ingredients that I haven't found here in Madison Valley so I plan to return. I found the portal near the Starbucks.

Finch's question about kid friendly activities got me thinking.

Maybe I should extend the movie in the park night to include a hayride for all the little ones. Not a haunted one, just a regular one. I've never been on one before but I hear that's a nice fall thing to do. There would be popcorn to eat on the ride and hot chocolate to drink after.

I'd like to announce that the Tea House has pumpkin spice tea as a seasonal offering. It is a black tea flavoured with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. I cannot say I understand the phenomenon myself, but I've tried it and it has passed approval. I wouldn't sell something that I wouldn't drink. I think it will be quite popular.

This morning I was up early having a cup of tea and I watched the students piling onto the bus for the first day of school. It occurred to me that George will be in Kindergarten next year. I can't believe he's nearly 5 now. There was a bit of time when I was here without him, but it still feels like only yesterday he was an infant.

Okay, in the event Cassie and I are sent home, I'm making a change to the PT regiment back at HQ. From now all units will be made to chase a sugar-high toddler down the course within record time.

My daughter's a month away from turning two years old and yet I swear to whichever higher power listening, that girl's the embodiment of the roadrunner. The only times I'm able to get her to slow down is when she's eating and sleeping.

Theoretically, dimensional travel could be possible with the existence of an Alcubierre drive, but I've never seen such a thing put into practice before. I'd be curious to know how they did it, and how they overcame the excessive energy requirements for such a thing. Of course, theoretical physics isn't my strong point.

My little girl isn't a baby anymore. She's talking in complete sentences, and telling me what she wants and she doesn't fall down all the time when she walks anymore. She's growing like a weed, and as much as I want to see her grow and mature and blossom I miss my sweet little baby too. I feel like I'm going to miss something important if I blink at the wrong moment.
