So, just how many things exist in this place that calls for some kind of party?

Don't get me wrong. I'm not really complaining about them. Free food is free food.

I just know that not even Auradon threw this many parties and they were the happiest damn place in the world.

At least, they wanted you to think that.

Early mornings are rough. Thank God for that cup of coffee or else I might burn the fresh bread at the bakery. I am honestly surprised I haven't. Me and cooking or baking just never worked out. Face a demon? Do a mark? Simple. Baking, not so much.

I am proud of myself. I managed to secure employment at the bakery in town. It's kind of an early shift, but for the moment it works for me. Mom would be proud at me for adulting.

I am certain this goes without saying, but I think it would be advisable not to leave the safety of any place indoors.

Typical me. Assume the weather is wrong about rain and it downpours.

Why are so many of the people here discriminatory against those of us brought here unwillingly? Are they not trapped the same as we are? One would think they would be far more accomodating, given they are in a similar situation.

These blood tests many of them require, what does that entail? Who does it hinder from employment and why? It is entirely ridiculous.

Perhaps it is simply because those of you I have met so far have been so friendly and helpful, but it seems quite pointless that those of you with skills to assist others are unable to do so due to laws against us so called "refugees".

You would think after everything I've seen lately that I would believe in anything, but this? This is even strange for me.
