The present situation is....strange. I've done a sweep of the sector and there are no signs of hostiles. There's a heavy civilian population, and it looks like some sort of barrier is in place around the perimeter. It's similar to the nano-wall tech, but I haven't been able to locate any means to shut it down.

If a UAC Command Structure is in place, please advise on what course to take.
