Who: Lorna Dane & Marcos Diaz What: Lorna has returned with new memories. Where:Marcos' apartment. When: Sunday evening Warnings: TBD but will update as we go. Status: Closed, In Progress
No phone signal. Of course not because nothing could go right when Lorna needed it. Her plan to go outside was stopped short when she came across Andy complaining about being stuck to Sage. Reeva was keeping them contained in one area. Lorna needed to hear Marcos’ voice right now only that was close to impossible. While Max needed to be out of the picture, she’d deal with him if he found a way back. Her main concern was if Marcos was okay, knowing she couldn’t live with herself if something bad had happened to him because of all her bad choices. Heading back to her room, she walked through the door only to find she wasn’t in the safe house anymore and this wasn't DC. There was no way in hell she’d be wearing a long sleeve that wasn’t meant for the cold or no jacket if this had been the weather back in her world.
Confused and cold, she looked around before slowly the memories of this place came back causing her to do a double-take. It felt like forever since Lorna had been here in Madison, but that didn’t mean the time from her end was the same here. All she needed to know was if Marcos and Dawn were both still here. Did Dawn being here get screwed up with her going back? The idea of her daughter still being back in their world with her Aunt broke her heart even with knowing the reason for her choice. The thought hurt and Lorna wasn’t sure if that hurt when it came to thinking about Dawn would ever go away. Memories of Marcos from here vs back home weren’t any better on making her feel even slightly better.
While she knew she’d probably have people wanting to know she was back all she wanted at the moment was to know her family was okay. The layout of this place came back rather quickly as she started to head in the direction of where the apartments were. Lorna didn’t even head to her place since there was most likely nothing in her apartment she needed at the moment. Standing in front of Marcos’ door, she knew she could open it without much trouble only his memories were different than hers or at least they had been when she had left. If he hadn’t been sent home, they were at different points, knowing now more than he did from what he had told her. Raising her hand to knock, Lorna stopped herself for a moment. Maybe she should text? No, she needed to see him even if he was busy, Lorna had to make sure he was okay. Without giving it another thought she knocked on the door, waiting for him to come to the door.
