I think it's time I just become part of the animal kingdom and look into hibernation. I know the weather isn't always like this, but you can only handle so many changes in pressure and humidity.

Leaving the stove on and water running because you literally forget about them is a sign of exhaustion, right? Unless I'm already going senile. That would kind of suck, though.
