With so many people seeming to leave suddenly, I've been thinking that there might be some of us remaining who could use a little peace.

To which end, I'm arranging for some space at the community centre if anyone wants to get together for prayer. Or just to talk. I know I'm not the spiritual leader for...anyone here, really (Sister Zari, you're an obvious exception and I'd be thrilled if you thought of me as your Imam), but I thought I'd offer myself up regardless.

I don't think our beliefs are all that different.

I hate the fact that people I've grown close to are disappearing along with my daughter asking why there's a giant clock in the sky, I can't shake the feeling of dread the town must be feeling.

It doesn't help that the delivery that was supposed to be delivered at the apothecary never showed up. When I tried to consult the delivery service, they said the order was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me?
