Does anyone know if there's going to be a Santa in town this year? Katie keeps asking me, and I don't know what to tell her. I don't want her disappointed if there isn't.

I know in the past we've had brunches with Santa. Those have been wonderful, but I haven't heard anything about one yet this year. Unless I've missed it?

Seriously have had the most interesting week. I will take it over boring, though.  Getting tired of looking at christmas wreaths and stuff at the shop, though, I have had enough already and it's been what? a week?  At least I can wear headphones when I'm in the back - otherwise I am sure I'd go crazy with this Christmas Music thing.

I never realized how nerve-wracking and somewhat frustrating looking for a new place to live could be.

Sometimes, I wonder what it would be like if I was less nice to strangers.

Some stranger at Starbucks tried to fight me over my Pumpkin Spice Chai even though it clearly was my name the barista had written on it.

I ended up letting her take it because it was such a petty thing for someone to try to pick a fight about.

I can't believe Hanukkah is so close. I got a little menorah for my place. Time seems to have flown by. I loved the speed dating and it's nice to just be as normal as can be here.
