So. This is more of a heads up for the West family and Barry Allen but I included the rest of you because he may know versions of you back home and he talks a lot.

So we had a new arrival recently. The redhead? His name is Wally West. In my world he's Barry's sidekick, Iris' nephew, and a speedster. So far things seem pretty similar between my world and his.

My Dinah's already volunteered to keep an eye on him so you don't have to worry about fitting someone you don't know into your lives. Whether you talk to him or not is up to you. I'll let her have this alternate world conversation with him so he'll be aware of you all but know not to push anything.

This is my one adult act for the year. And it's killing me.

The club is doing well at least. With Thea's business sense and my bartender skills, I think we're really getting it going. I'm sort of settling into things here. I mean, I don't really have another option, considering I die back home. But it's something.

I could definitely use a new sparring partner. I'm starting to get bored and when I get bored, I apparently start Instagram-ing and posting the pictures here.

I have to say, I've had some pretty weird days, but this is a whole different level of weird.

You'd think I'd be used to getting thrown headlong into new situations, but mostly I'm just tired of it. I could use a break from the whole 'life getting shaken up' thing. I'm just not sure Pleasantville is the place for it. The League is going to be pissed.

For anyone fretting about it, we'll offer up walks back from the Hanged Man to where ever you're staying, so feel free to sit about and drink all you like without worry about anything but paying the tab.

But be sure and worry about that bit.

I ordered a half dozen different types of some kind of fancy whiskey that tastes like poison, but does a fantastic job of knocking you on your ass. I'd offer you a taste, Swan and Bae, but you're meant to be grown ups these days.

A heck of a lot of sparring, lately. Can't say I'm complaining.

Someone shoot off leftover fireworks not too long ago?

I don't know if I'm relieved that this place is real or not.

That was not a fun trip home.

It's strange living in a town where "is it fireworks or gunfire" is a short game of "nope, that's just fireworks".

Since I can't sit around feeling sorry for myself all day I might want to start up my sparring sessions again. Anyone still interested? If not... I might actually do the normal thing and look for a job.

I want to get a tattoo. How badly do they hurt? And if you make your living shooting/getting shot at, please do not answer. I'm a weakling. I'm sure our pain thresholds are way different.

I don't know how people deal with puppies on a day to day basis and not feed them everything. They always make a face like they're starving even though they're wider around than they are tall.

When I first got here, I tried to catch up on fairy tales, but that's actually less relevant than they said it was. I should have gone for comic books, but then they told me the ones people are from are mostly not even here. There should be somewhere to go for background research that's actually relevant. Because as it is, I just ask Felicity. Which usually works, but she may be slightly sick of it.

So anyone who wants to tell me about their world?

Alcohol doesn't seem to have much of an effect.
I've started feeling antsy without orders. I think that means I need a job.
Who wants to spar. Lots of spare energy to work off.

I should probably make a few more friends too. People have those.

I wish I knew how the portals worked. If you get sent home and you die, do you get sent back anyway? I know that injuries you get in your world come with you but what about death?

I just feel like this is something I might need to know.

Have you noticed that while we have all these apparent hero and vigilante types around, we are sorely lacking in the villain department? Not that I'm complaining, really. Sure, we have the little magical misadventures, but nothing really evil or villainous as far as I've been able to tell. Unless I'm mistaken there is no one person causing them to happen either, right?

Anyway, it's making me feel a little paranoid lately. Does any one else feel like the other shoe is ready to drop on top of this place while being attached to a hundred foot giant?
...Wait, that could actually happen with all the magic around, couldn't it. Damn it. Sorry. I've put it into the air of possibilities. If that actually does happen, that one is probably on me for thinking it. Feel free to glare in my direction if it springs to life like the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

And this has been on my mind lately and has absolutely nothing to do with what I was just talking about. What exactly happens to pets that any of us adopt if we suddenly vanish from Storybrooke? Do they just get taken back to the shelter or what?

And I want a puppy.
