The last time I was in Maine, I got seafood, rug burn, and third degree burns. I'd say not necessarily in that order, but I think that was how it went.

So far, this is proving a little different. The nuns are a nice touch. Not so crazy about how there's no exit sign, but nothing's perfect.

I never thought I would get to see Earth-That-Was. How did such a beautiful place escape us? I was told that this is no dream, that Earth exists in all its glory and majesty here and that I stand upon her at this very moment. How can this be? I have believed that so much is possible, yet I never dreamed I would travel back to a time when this place was anything more than just a bedtime story.

I may need some tea.
