Oh, Madison Valley, never change. I honestly wish I could have remembered this place when I was home, but now that I'm here, I really did miss it.

And there's the nightmares any time I try to sleep. Yeah, this is gonna make work real fun tonight.

I hate those mornings where I wake up and I know I forgot to do something at work but I can't remember what I forgot to do.

So now I have to haul myself in to go figure it out because I'm not sure if Amara would know.

This better not be a sign of how the day's going to go.

Hey, it's been a bit, and figured I'd check up on you. How's the new house going? Everyone all settled?

My first class got out early today and my next one is canceled, so now I'm bored with some free time to spare. Has me wishing I didn't start working on projects already. Maybe I'll do some baking with this extra free time. Or go pester some people out of love.

I'm tempted to go home and call it a day. If it can go wrong, it seems like it will, and I'm over it, especially when it's still early.

You know, sometimes my students drive me up the wall and then sometimes they're ridiculous in the best ways.

Case in point, the student that just sent me an email going "If I have four hundred words and a picture, would that be accepted as 1400 words because a picture is worth a thousand words?"

I applaud the guts it took to send that, however I did respond to them with "Ha... no it would not. You can have a picture and fourteen hundred words."

It has been a long day and it's not even all that late.

And it started by leaving my coffee on top of the car and forgetting about it. Sigh.
