Seriously tho, blood bank STILL won't take my donation. Even after I painstakingly put it all into gee darn Ziploc! They're STILL sitting on their high horse.

...I wish they'd hurry and make their minds up, the blood's starting to curdle and smell funky, even with it being in my fridge. At this rate I'm hoping it'll keep until prom night.

This is aimed at you magical and/or magic-wielding types, but I don't know who you all are, so...

Can you enchant objects? Specifically, can someone make a ghost whistle? Like a dog whistle, only for ghosts? Or something else that would attract the attention of ghosts--and only ghosts?
