For those that decided not to go battle in the stars, or got stuck in their day job, how about a little game? We've played "Shag, Marry, Kill" recently, so maybe a twist on it.

Toss up three names to someone, and they'll tell you who they'd rather:
-get assigned randomly to for a semester lab partner
-get stuck in an elevator with for 10 hours
-be their employee trainer on a busy day at Taco Bell

This whole place is still qute a bit weird to be. My brain is trying to get around the idea of going through a portal to have a space battle.

Why do we not go explore this new land through those portal doors they spoke of? I know that it is unusual and even less known to us than this one is, but if we are in a group, surely all will be well?

So I thought I would update everyone on my event. First off, for anyone that still wants to help, I could use all the help that I can get. Secondly, I don't think I am going to do it for one week, I want to spread it out. So September 1st, there will be a movie marathon of 1930's, October 1st will e 1940's movies. There will be food from that decade and the scenery will be from that decade as well to set the tone and mood. I am really excited about this and it's been a huge distraction for me as well so I'm not thinking about my mom or anything. I want to thank my friends who have also been helping me cope, maybe perhaps she will return, but for right now I am just going to focus on school, work, and this event.
