Christmas has never been important to me. Not because of religion or anything like that. We didn't have much when I was a kid, and being off school for so long meant I didn't even know if I was going to have enough to eat. I usually didn't. And then when I grew up and got out of that situation, it was just me, and when you're by yourself? Christmas magic doesn't happen. So I never really cared.
This year, I have a lot to be thankful for, even though it isn't Thanksgiving now. Bobbi, for not letting me jump that first day I was here. Jesse for...well, I'm not thankful for what you gave me, but it worked out. And I'm thankful for that. Pamela for giving me friendship despite everything. Jordan for not pressing charges. Peter for not breaking my arm. Sara for giving me a second chance. And Ariadne. Definitely Ariadne, for not giving up on me.
I have a small token of appreciation for all of you. It will be delivered today.
[OOC: Each of the above mentioned people will receive a small wine/cheese/crackers gift basket from Arthur later today.]
