I'm not sure what to think of Zod's post. I guess the pits really do change people. It's a little confusing. But.. I have a question about something else. Are you okay? Are you normal? No urge to.. rob ATMs, drink beer, buy a million music CDs, drive a Harley or wear all black? I think there's something wrong with Kara and the older Clark. I have a hunch about it, and if I'm right.. well.. it's not good. I'm not sure they're acting like themselves.

Should we be worried about the person in charge of those pits? Seems that things aren't going according to her intentions where they are concerned. Makes me wonder what the alternative is that might be going down. And I got a feeling it doesn't involve hugs, pie, and kittens.

So, how are things on the Save Terry front? I have other news. A few nights ago, I ran into General Zod. I probably should have run or called backup right away. That was a mistake on my part. We fought. It was a very dangerous battle, he got in the most strikes.. and, I need to replace a few broken windows and lightposts, as well as a car. I clearly need more training than what I know so far. I'd be willing to learn from anyone that can teach.

I had to stop him or try to. He threatened to go after all of you. After Kara, Bart, Raya, and then humans. I had managed to draw him away from traffic and toward the beach, to the ocean. Figured it would be less casualties that way. But something unexpected happened. You know those Lazarus Pits, the ones everyone is concerned about? Well... let's just say he took a dip. I'm not completely sure how it affected him. I know he had not demanded any kneeling or made threats.. not even a dirty remark about my mother.

Hypothetical question. Or maybe not. But... did you take a swim in one of those pits? How's that working out so far? Any long or short term side affects at all? See, someone I know took an unplanned plunge into it during our fight. He's had control issues, insanity, and not all right upstairs. Just curious to how it affects someone like that, if it really cures them.

I've been trying these different exercises to relax trying to get a normal nights sleep for once, it's been almost 46 hours since I've been able too. Breathing like I was told, but it just doesn't feel like it's getting better. Panic attacks and nightmares in the middle of the night are getting draining, I don't know what to do. I can't sleep unless someones there, even then it feels strange so I keep waking up. T3's helped for a while, but I just don't want don't have to rely on them. I tried taking walks, I can't forcus enough to patrol though so that's out. I get physically tired sure, but enough to sleep? not really. Too much going on in my head I guess.

Video games have provided an entertaining distraction, but you can only play them so long against the computer. Maybe I'll start re-reading my D.C. comics..it does seem appropriate..

I was reading a few things about Isobel and I was wondering if anyone has seen her or the others with a thick leather bound book. The last time she did this there was a book. When it was destroyed, the three women were released, though Lana still kept the mark.

How is it that we seem to be the only people on this planet who are always willing find away around taking a human life, and a good chunk of us aren't even human? There's always another option, I'm learning that. Is it sad when the alien species are less trigger happy against humans than the other humans? Killing is the easy way out. Why does no one else see that?

As it is apparent to me that alternate realities exist and sometimes alternate versions of ourselves, I decided to see if this world had any information on Isobel Thoreaux and found something I wasn't at all expecting.

I remember high school. We had to sometimes do projects. Research a theory, test it out, revise, form a hypothesis, then apply it to see if it worked. And if you were lucky, you may have actually learned something. Well.. I may need some input. I'm working on a project right now. But unlike school, this is more serious. Lives are in the balance. Matter of life and death. If it turns out that my theory is right, but isn't needed, well.. it can be used for another similar situation down the road.

Any idea where some good haunts are? Like haunted houses or other such buildings, where restless ghosts stay? Like.. bad ghosts. The cruel, evil ones that caused great suffering in life. Alternatively, or separately, I'd like to know where to find a demon. I don't mean the ones that look like monsters or vampires. I'm looking for those classified as non-corporeal, without bodies, that need a living host to manifest and operate among us. Ryan, I'm looking at you. Or maybe I can track down Damien if no one else has any info. So if someone could just point me in the right direction to start looking, that would be great.

Hey Justice League people? I’m coming to stay with you guys because there’s no one else here and I don’t want to be a homeless orphan who has to live in an alley and sleep on benches in the park next to the pigeon lady. I did that before and it was NOT fun. We should have a slumber party! I have peanut butter ice cream but we need pie because you can’t have ice cream without pie. One would think that humans would have enough compassion to take care of their children. Throwing a small child from a moving vehicle isn’t the smartest nor is it the boldest thing to do. I was almost reluctant to leave her in the care of this city’s law, for it doesn’t look as if they know much of anything that would be of true importance.

You know what? I really honestly hate this city. I miss the good old days when you could run stupid errands for criminals and then not have to worry about them bugging the hell out of you for the rest of eternity. I feel really bad for you man, really, I do.

I thought my life was messed up before but I guess I didn’t know what I was talking about. So… since I’m stuck here, maybe for the rest of my life, I’m going to do what I want and if somebody doesn’t like it they can fuck off. Because frankly, I don’t care what they think.

Yes I granted Kira's wish regarding Sam Winchester. Yes the two versions are switched. To the best of my knowledge the original one is still alive. If i had full use of of teleporting powers I would go and check, but I can't.

I cannot simply reverse a wish of this scale. That is not to say it is impossible to do full stop, but I alone do not have the power to do it. So stop asking me to.
