hm..
I've been trying these different exercises to relax trying to get a normal nights sleep for once, it's been almost 46 hours since I've been able too. Breathing like I was told, but it just doesn't feel like it's getting better. Panic attacks and nightmares in the middle of the night are getting draining, I don't know what to do. I can't sleep unless someones there, even then it feels strange so I keep waking up. T3's helped for a while, but I just don't want don't have to rely on them. I tried taking walks, I can't forcus enough to patrol though so that's out. I get physically tired sure, but enough to sleep? not really. Too much going on in my head I guess.
Video games have provided an entertaining distraction, but you can only play them so long against the computer. Maybe I'll start re-reading my D.C. comics..it does seem appropriate..
