Anyone who has healing experience in some capacity, whether it be twenty years of medical school or basic first aid, please respond here. I'm thinking it'd be a good idea to know who can be of some sort of help with the sick showing up en mass at the moment.

Kathy is sick. She wants to see me. I know I'm supposed to ask permission or whatever, but to be honest I'm coming to see her whether it's okay or not. She's the closest thing I have to a daughter, so I'm sure you both can understand.

I'm thinking I'll likely be there in the next hour or so. Just have to wrap up a few things here, first. And, while I'm thinking about it, is anyone else sick? Should I bring Peter with me, maybe? I don't want to walk into an entire freaking epidemic.

So since people can just disappear here without any warning, I thought it might be a good idea if we all checked in. I know we can pretty much sense each other through the Force, but this place seems able to play tricks on others, so it could always play tricks on us too. And with Darth Caedus running around... well, better safe than sorry, right?

That being said, if everyone who is a Jedi or who is the family member of a Jedi, if you could please reply here? That way we know for a fact who all is still around and who might have gone home.

Oh, and please don't reply for anyone else unless they're sitting in the room right beside you when you do, or something.

And with that, I'll start. I'm Tahiri Veila, for anyone who doesn't know me or hasn't met me yet in your own time. And obviously, I'm here.

In light of my being here, and in the knowledge that there are more Jedi in this city than I have met allow me to make formal introduction.

I am Allana's mother. Tenel Ka Djo. My mother was a Dathomiri Witch turned reluctant Queen and my father the son of a Hapan Queen who himself of course, could never have ruled Hapes. I am now Queen Mother of the Hapes Consortium and come here from a similar time to Allana herself, Jacen and Jaina Solo.

Give or take some months.

I believe there is much that needs to be discussed amongst the Jedi here. What has taken us to this place, from different worlds, different times.

And enemies. Because even in this place we have them.

But it is interesting all the same, inhabited by vicious creatures and its people with hate and love and lust and anger in equal measures.

Okay, I don't know what the kriff is going on, but it needs to stop. Someone just asked me where I got my lightsaber from and I told them the truth. Telling strangers "I made it myself when I was training to be a Jedi. My uncle, Luke Skywalker, taught me how" is not a good way to blend in around this city.

I need a place to stay. Jacen and Allana are in my hotel room, and I can't stay on the Falcon because I need to avoid my father until I can avoid the truth again.

I know things that would hurt them both deeply, and I can't ask Uncle Luke for the same reason. Help?

Peter, Katara (and everyone else), I'm coming to spend the night, okay? I think Mom and Dad need some grown-ups time or something. They keep giving each other them looks that they think I don't notice.

Peter, do you think your friend would show me his katana? I looked them up on Wikipedia, after all, and they look pretty neat. Seems like a whole lot of work went into making one. There's this guy I read about who was famous at making them. I can't remember his name now, though.


I've been having the bad dreams again. The ones with him in them.

Okay. You people are weird. (I reckon you knew that.) I'm glad Mantis is back. I'm gonna go hang out in his room, away from all the crazy people. I want Mom back.

No, I didn't take no candy from strangers. There was this guy outside, and he was acting all lost, so I figured he was probably a new arrival type, but he weren't. He was just nuts. Then he pulled a vibroblade or something on me, so I whipped out my wrench and whacked him in the shins with it. Think I might've broke something, cause there was this nasty crack and he started freaking out! But he got what he deserved, you know.

Crazy earth-people. I en't never leaving the hotel again at this rate.

I'm in need of some assistance. I need to repair a very rare, very precise piece of equipment. I would do it myself, but this planet does not offer sufficient materials as I am accustomed to, and I can't get the alloy composition I require to set properly in this atmosphere.

I hacked this world's pathetic excuse for a space program's network and got into their satellite systems. There's nothing wrong with this star, the "sun." The star's functioning fine. And there's nothing obstructing the light path from the star to this planet - not another planet, a ship, a moon, or even an asteroid.

Someone care to explain how this is plausible? science has failed me
