I lit a whole apartment building on fire!

So this might sound a little unusual, but I'm somewhat confused about how I'm here. My name in Dexter Morgan, I'm a blood spatter analyst with the Miami police department and somewhere between leaving my apartment and my work I found myself diverted here. It's a little out of my way. I don't suppose anyone can tell me how that happened can they?
