I don’t suppose that any of you would know a place where a girl such as myself could find shelter? Preferably somewhere lacking in perverted men who dare attempt to stick their filthy hands down by blouse? I am newly arrived and although I stumbled across somebody who has taken me in for the time being, I would rather not have to share shelter with him any longer than what is absolutely necessary.

In light of the recent tragedy, I have opted to make arrangements for those of you who have been displaced by the recent fire.

I have purchased an apartment building. 5 floors, twenty apartments per floor. Rates shall be reasonable, as determined by a private negotiation assessment of your financial standings. Rooms are currently furnished, eash has a private bathroom, yadda yadda yadda.

I doubt there is a better offer on the table.
