I don't mean to be the the pessimist, or the downer, but guys, it looks to me like we're down a leader.

This, is not good. I think Mack is gone, personally. Maybe back home? Because otherwise we would have got some warning that he's in trouble. We really, really, need a leader. We're already bad off in this city, no one takes us seriously because of that stupid television show. We're so much better than what we're getting credit for.

Tori? We're you second in command? Are you second in command? I heard that last time, everyone elected a leader. I think we might have to do it again.

Has anyone heard from Mack yet?

It's cold out! I didn't think L.A. got this cold, is this normal? But it did, and I was outside when all this white stuff started falling. What is it? Is it actually snow? I guess it has to be. A pile of it did fall on me from the roof and soak me. I've never seen anything like this.

Hey, dude, can I talk to you about something...weird? I mean maybe it's not weird for most people, but I'm not most people. I'm not even people, I'm a machine.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Mack Hartford, leader of the Power Rangers here in LA. We've lost one of ours again, Kira Ford. Jack is convinced she's still alive and is looking for her now, but I'm sure he's just going to come back with a body. I know there are a lot of you who knew her, which is the reason for this post. I want to have some kind of memorial for her and anyone who wants to come is invited. Problem is...I really don't know what she would have wanted. It's not one of those things you talk about while you're training together. If you have ideas, I'm open to them.

Sometimes I'm positive they aren't the same species. And don't leave any smart comments about the ones that aren't human. You know what I mean.

I miss racing. I was just starting to get into it before I turned up here and something reminded me how much I love cars. Not just stock cars. Cars in general. I think I just saw a 1967 Chevy Impala in someones driveway today. It inspired me. I think I'm going to try to find a race track soon.

I'll go ahead and say it. I haven't been much of a leader the past month. Yeah, I've had some things on my mind, but that's not excuse, and it stops now.

First on the list: we are a team. Do you hear me? A TEAM. None of you should be going off to fight someone/thing on your own, I don't care how good you think you are. You should have at least two other rangers with you, if not more, and make sure me, Tori or Kat know where you are. If I catch any of you doing any less, you'll be cleaning my and Tori's bathroom with your own toothbrush.

Second, yes, I realize not a lot of people here take us seriously. The reality of our world has been reduced to a dorky kids' show. So what? There are people out there who need us. Don't let anyone else talk you out of helping those who can't help themselves.

However, some of the people you've been arguing with are right. This isn't our world and there's a lot of things we don't understand, and even more things we'd be no match for. Yes, it's hard, especially considering some of thing things some of you are going through, but show some respect to the natives of this world. They've been here their whole lives, they know a lot better than we do. If you want to rant, do it to each other, or even better, channel your anger into something productive like workouts and research. We don't need to be fighting people who are on the same side as us. It's not just counterproductive, but it gives everyone more reason to think we're just a bunch of stupid kids. I don't care so much, I'm only two and a half, but I know some of you do. Think about that before you bite someone's head off.

Come on, guys. If we're going to be a team, we need to start acting like a team.

Does anyone have any practical experience with ghosts? It might be more. Like a poltergeist, but sentient and manifesting. It lures people in, I don't know for what purpose, but it's just a child. It scares me.

Please, please, please don't tell Tommy Oliver Power Rangers are fictional here. As far as you know, he's just a normal guy. He's having a hard enough time being here with people from his future. He doesn't need to know that yet. Eventually we'll have to tell him, just...not now. Not until he gets settled, and even then, one of us Rangers should tell him.

I wish everyone else was here...Trini, Jason, Zack, Billy, Rocky, Adam or Aisha. They'd make it easier for him, any of them. I miss them all so much right now. I should probably go find him and make he doesn't get into trouble.

What do you do when someone you really made a connection with maybe even loved just disappears? I know it happens a lot here, that's why I'm asking. I don't know what to do. She's really gone. And now her sister is running around killing people with stakes. Not vampires, people,and I don't know what to do about it. I don't know if I can do something about it. I want to, for her. She would want me to help.

One of my teammates can't, though. Z, Jack's sister, is in the hospital. Charlie took advantage of the fog and got Jack to shoot her. I'll be analyzing your units -but no pressure it isn't really a test. It's just to see where your skills are, everyone is at a different level. Has different strengths.

So I'm playing a small set before The Jonas Brothers, possibly after Mitchie Torres (you're playing, aren't you?). This makes for a very happy me. Thing is, I have this extra pass and I can't decide who my +1 should be. I think I need a big hat to draw names from.

Oh, and Lana asked for there to be a Halloween-related song in the set. Any requests?

I couldn't help it, I caved and started researching different teams on the internet. Mostly SPD, since the Power Rangers seem to really change in that time.

Rangers, we're cutting patrol an hour short tonight in favor of celebrating Casey's return. You can go back out there after if you want, as long as you don't go alone, but I won't be with you. We lost a Ranger. Casey Rhodes, Jungle Fury Red Ranger, is dead. No matter how many times any of us ever told him to take it easy after he got sick, he still went out there and tried his best to make this city a safer place. If even half of us can have the heart and passion he had, we can end this.

Tonight the Rangers will patrol as one unit, and anyone else is welcome to join us. We're meeting at [Kat's Address].
