It's a good thing the council isn't here, they'd quite possibly go into shock. Or some of them anyway. And the really sad part is some of the wolves here seem to be nothing short of animals. Not all of them, but many. Gives us a bad name. If you're going to act like an animal, you should expect to be put down like one.

Do Champions get vacations in this line of work? Just a couple of days where, maybe, I'm not fighting for my life, or seeing everyone else around me getting hurt, manipulated, or damaged?

Two days? Hell, even one? It'd be nice.

If anybody needs me, I won't be at the bar. I mean I'll probably be in a bar, but...yeah, had some kind of epiphany or something and decided to stay completely sober for a while. Don't know how long a while is, but I'll let you know. I'm going to make you proud of me, Dr. O. If I'm not in a bar, I'm probably at Jo's.

Despite some confusion as to the legitimacy of the claim, Peter was taken by Jareth, the 'Goblin King'. Threatening Jareth won't do anyone a damned bit of good and might only make things more difficult for Peter. That's the last thing he needs right now.

The best person for the job of getting him back is currently doing so, which means for now we can only wait. It could be a few minutes or it could be longer - there's no way of knowing for certain.

The best thing to do is conduct business as usual, not make a public fuss about this (beyond what is out there at this point) and not let the other side take advantage of this. Everyone knows their part and we're a team, we can do that, right?

That said, who has a copy of that damned movie?

Umm... Nick? Joe? I seem to have run into a snag. Do you remember that fanfic you found? The one titled Naughty Boy? I checked. It's gone. The site administrators must have deleted it. Damn them.

What I'm wondering is.. would you have saved it on your computer before it vanished from the site? Or at least printed it out? I'd be grateful if you did. So I can read it. You know, for.. umm.. err, research purposes..

Been a hell of a few months but this place might just be good for me, I really hope so. I...sort of have a lot to make up for, maybe more than its possible to make up for but I'll try.

I found myself at a place that sold milkshakes. Not the cheap kind either, but the ones made of real icecream, and real milk. The kind that are hand spun as well. I purchased one out of nostalgia.
