I swear I was in Metropolis not that long ago, I just saw my cousin before I flew offleft...and now I'm in L.A.? And why is my computer telling me it's 2005? I told the man who runs this cyber cafe that his date was all wrong on his computers (I checked other ones), and he just looked at me like I was crazy!

I've been through strange things, but this is a little much.

On top of that, I thought it was almost 11pm. But I've just been informed it's 11AM. Where is the sun? I'm a big fan of the sun...don't know about everyone else. You know, the last time this happened, it was almost the end of the world. I don't want to repeat the experience.

Try as I might, my prayers won't help to bring back the sun. Which is strange, since they still retain the power they had back in Cephiro if I use them on other things. Like dispatching these vampires and demons.

This eclipse must have been created by a very powerful person. Which makes me wonder, will the sun ever light the sky again?

Happy Valentines Day for tomorrow, is it? I didn't even know it existed but I went to the store and there were pretty heart balloons everywhere. I asked the man what they were for and he laughed at me until he realized I actually was being serious. It sounds like a lovely day, really. Does anyone want to be my Valentine? I don’t understand this. This… place can’t be Los Angeles. I can’t really remember Los Angeles back in 2005, but it didn’t look like this. Admittedly, I was only four years old at the time, so my memory could be wrong. What is going on? How did I get here?

The technology is so… different. I don’t like it. I can hardly interface with it. I miss Donald, Huey, Dewey, and Louie.

I just want to go home, now. I miss my tribe, my family. I feel like one of those puzzles you can get. And you lose a piece, a vital piece. The piece that makes up an eye or something and the person on the puzzle looks hollow without it. I feel like my home is that piece, and I'm a different piece. Like a piece that belongs to the outside that you keep desperately trying to stuff into the bit where the eye goes because hey, you want to finish off your puzzle. You didn't spend $29.95 just to have a missing eye and a piece on the outside that doesn't fit.

I'm rambling. And I know I'm probably not the only one with these similar thoughts. I just don't know who to talk to.

I just realized I hate this computer thing. It's made out of...I don't even know what it's made of. Once I figured that I wouldn't be able to use it on my own I had to...convince someone to teach me. According to them I have to use a program to make the computer speak to me so I know what's written. So complicated.

Hey! Zuko. You need to teach me Firebending. I mean, I did okay against that last thing at the zoo with just the other three elements, but if it hadn't been some kind of fire-creature.. um. Well. It's just good that it wasn't.

I really hate this place. It's so polluted. I don't think I'll ever get used to it.

I'm not even bothering to hide Appa anymore, really. People stop in the zoo and feed him all the time. No one's seen me yet, but it's kind of funny that everyone just sort of takes Appa for granted. I guess Flying Bisons aren't that weird here.
