Sarah's going to be out of commission for awhile. She's fine, just dealing with the backlash of some kind of magical ritual. As soon as she rests up a bit, I'm sure she'll be back to normal. In the mean time, I'd ask that you all come to me or Nathan if you have any questions Sarah would normally help you with.

I'd also ask that you refrain from bothering Peter with any mundane issues until Sarah's better. He's understandably worried and doesn't need more stress. Of course you can go to him with anything big...I'm trusting you all to use a little common sense in deciding what's important enough to take him away from his wife.

I wonder if pops and Sharon are alright..What happens to the people you leave behind when you get pulled by the ptb?

Sharon's probably happy I'm not there. She won't have to screech at me to do my chores or get up for school in the morning anymore.

If I wanted to do something useful for this city, besides helping at the hospital, how long would it take until I could take down some younger vampires? I found some things Maria left behind, and needless to say, she was armed more than I ever would have imagined. Holy water, stakes, guns, pendants...the whole kit and caboodle.

I guess what I'm saying is, is there some special training you have to undergo in order to really be a match for these vampires, or is it a matter of having the right tools and weapons, with some hand to hand training? That doesn't mean I'm going to go out hunting them frequently or anything. I know not everyone can do what you guys do. I'm just saying I want to be able to take one down if necessary, if I have to do it for my own sake or to protect someone who's with me. At the same time, it'd be one less vampire you guys have to deal with. And yes, there is a personal motive in this. So I'm not just diving into something foolhardy for the hell of it, hard as that might be to believe.

I know I haven't always gotten along with the people here, but please don't dismiss this out of hand.

Alright now who went and killed poor Kumiko. She was fun for all her crazyness. Less annoyed about the glowery one to be honest. I don't think he liked me much.

You people do have a dreadful habit of killing anyone remotely interesting who arrives here. Frankly its rude.
