When I went to put out the fires in the city I ran into Azula. She wanted a truce between us, but I also know she lies. Still..she was right, the Fire Nation doesn't exist here. None of them do, the Water Tribe, or the Earth Kingdom. I need to learn Fire Bending, but I'm scared of it. It's so easy to lose control of. Just look at her..But without it I don't know if I'll be able to beat her. I don't know what to do.

I'd probably do it too, if I didn't have to go to work later this morning. I just talked to a guy who said he's coming to torture me. I'm not afraid of him, because he hasn't done anything yet in the time I've been here, but it's annoying hearing again and again that he's going to torture me. My best friend is angry at me, I'm angry at her, and I'm starting to wonder if she was ever really my friend in the first place.

Oh, and the number of people getting brought into the emergency room keeps getting worse. Yup, it's good times in L.A. >_>

Okay. I spent all night altering these damn blasters, how Kat does this on a daily basis is beyond me. But I think I got them just right and they can still be reloaded if they run out of rocksalt. I don't think the tenant is to happy with me though. I might have "kinda" shot a hole through the door, but I already said I'd fix it. Jeeze. It was an automatic reaction to being pried apart, I couldn't stop it. Just an accident.


Haven't been able to sleep lately. Beyond tired but there are just so many things in my head I can't even begin separating them.

A pale creature attacked me when I was coming out of a weapon shop the other night. I broke his neck, but that wasn’t enough to put him down. I had to use my swords to take him down. It's funny, I'd heard there were vampires here, but I didn't truly believe it until I encountered them. Consider it a consequence of sticking to daylight and refraining from the boards most of the time.

He reminded me of one of my soldiers, with his healing ability. He said he was 100 years old, and that he was going to kill me like the ‘pathetic human weakling’ that I was. Some missiles and a sword through the neck quickly dissolved that argument. How is this possible? Obviously I'm referring to the history of these creatures - what generated them and what is the extent of their numbers? How can vampires exist here and not on my world?

That I know of. There was always something suspicious about that Fear guy in the Cobra Unit.

If there's at least one good thing about what's happening, it's that the price of some houses have dropped. Someone was selling a house for 75% less than market value; all because someone died in it. Something about hauntings, or some crap like that.

Yes, I bought it. If I experience any hauntings I'll be sure to call Ghost Busters.

It should be pretty easy to move here. I didn't show up with much, and I haven't bought much since then either, to be honest. Aside from wedding stuff, but that all went back. Just clothes and essentials, plus some little odds and ends here and there.

I have a question.

I would have written individual letters for you all, but I know that everyone on our list often visits these boards, so I thought I'd tell you all here. I don't have the mindset or patience to print and mail off all those letters right now

For personal reasons, the wedding between Heather and I has been canceled. I appreciate all of the support and enthusiasm that you all have shown us throughout these past months and now I don't know what else to even say, but again, due to personal reasons, we've decided to call the wedding off.
