Recent events had prompted me to realize what is important. I miss you Koschei, my dear friend. Can't we ever be friends once more?

This may sound bizarre and completely out of character for me but I believe I am in high spirits….I am not going to say happy because I will never be happy, that emotion died so long ago.

I used to love Halloween. Now? I don't know, new jobs put things in perspective. People dressing up in costumes just makes it harder to find the real bad guys. Which, yeah... like my job needs to be any harder? Being stuck here is bad enough.

Halloween. The stupidest, most ridiculous holiday in the history of holidays. Followed closely by Christmas, which I'm not even gonna get into.

I can't stand all of this holiday talk. All the costumes in the stores. All of it. It's stupid and ridiculous and I'm GLAD that I live in a hotel because if anyone turned up at my doorstep asking for candy in stupid little costumes then I'd probably do something that would get me arrested.

Welcome all, to the beginings of Operation Birthday Office.

As some of you already know, Nathan's birthday is coming up this Monday. I would have called for an in-person gathering, but all of us wandering off at the same time, no matter how clandestinely, this close to his birthday will have him generating suspicions before we even get things rolling.

I'm aware this is extremely short notice, but with all the particularly time-consuming madness that's been occurring the past few weeks, none of us have had the pause needed to mull over the normal things.

Obviously we'll all be getting him our own seperate gifts; but what Nathan needs more than and ontop of the usual birthday fanfare is an office. As the live-in lawyer, we need him to be able to find the door out of his room for all the piles of paperwork in the event we forget to pay our parking tickets or finally crack and engage in a duel over the last box of Mac and Cheese in the pantry and need him to look into the legal grounds of modern-day honorable stabbings. With only the weekend to work this through, it's not going to be anything singularly fancy; just a room to keep the lawyerly trappings, as well as paperwork and a place for getting it all done. The room designated is #3 on the second floor.

This is not a one or two person job; and one will get you twenty that this will mean much more coming from all of us. I've drawn up a pre-emptive list of jobs, but you're all welcome to reply to me for changes and ideas, as well as help eachother out in any way possible:

I'm not going to try and explain why I did what I did, because that would mean I'd have to share some things I'm not prepared to yet. It's not because I really wanted to leave you all and Aaron, all I'll say is I did what I thought was best for him. But go ahead, and yell at me, lecture me if that's what you really want.

I'd understand if you guys don't trust me again, but if you need any help in the office or anything again, I'd be more than willing to take up my old job again. If not well, I'll be around.

It suddenly occurred to me that my costume isn't going to just magically appear on my doorstep as much as I want my girlfriend to make one appear and that I need to go shopping. I don't trust online shopping, never have, never will. Are there any guys that.. like to go shopping? At all? Kevin? Joe? Anyone?

Can this prank war go on until I find my dad forever? It's my first one ever and it's a fantastic distraction I'm loving it.

The movie Supergirl is the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen. Ever. If I was actually like that, I'd never show my face in public.
