What a surprise. Everything's turned upside down. Perhaps I should have been paying more attention to my computer. Or left the lab over the last few days.

Well this was unexpected. I think it is a true test of my character that I haven't eaten my girlfriend. Or vice versa.

I've kept my work quiet unless necessary so far, but with this latest experiment it appears so. My name is Doctor Helen Magnus. I have a building on the edge of the city, my Sanctuary.
