I've redecorated my entire apartment, eaten a few hookers, and started a novel. This not-sleeping thing is going pretty well.

I'm James Wilson and since the hospitals here do not seem to recognize my medical license for any openings, I figured I might open a free clinic. A small one to start with depending on how many people here are able to help out, but I don't really want to sit around doing nothing. House might go back to drugs if he doesn't have anything to do.

So I thought I'd see if they kidnapped any other doctors besides my team here, that includes Dr. Lisa Cuddy, Dr. Remy Hadley, Dr. Gregory House, and myself. If any of you are a little behind on the medical times, I would be happy to bring you up to date. We might not be in our time but we can still make a difference.

I wanted to thank you for meeting me again last night. I had a wonderful time. Kept my mind off of being kept here without knowing why, and the only people I recognize must see me as a traitor or enemy or someone to otherwise avoid. I'd rather not get tangled up with it again anyway, though if my past is any indication I doubt I'll have any choice in the matter.

What are you doing Saturday? I was thinking about ordering in, and I wouldn't mind company.

It's quiet. Too quiet. So quiet it rings in my ears and it's so loud and the silence is screaming. It's a paradox. Quiet can't be loud and it is and it isn't but it is. Can't go back to what we were but here we are again. Back to what isn't anymore. Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow creeps at it's petty pace...only in yesterdays. It's all chaos. My mind is spinning with it. They'll play their games and poke and prod, but we aren't toys. But they'll play anyway. Their hands aren't blue, but they're all the same. The bad guys don't always wear black and sometimes their hands are clean. That's all false syllogisms. They take us away and poke and prod and they don't and they can't understand. Shouldn't meddle, but people always do. Children playing with what they shouldn't. Tearing like tiny fingers picking at the threads. It's all going to fall to pieces. Like bits of apples.

It's not so black here...but it is. On the edges. The neon lights don't cover it up well enough. It claws and paces and waits and waits and waits. Captain said they can't take the sky but they did. Covered it up with lies. Not supposed to wander off alone. Not safe. He says it's not safe but he's not here. Can't wander off if there's no one to wander from. Inherent paradoxes. No breadcrumbs to follow home. The birds ate them. They'll just get stomachaches if they aren't careful.

What the sun-dappled hell does Ambrose think he's doing? Oh wonderful. I get to be assaulted by an endless stream of depressed sentiments expressed in song. Do cry more, children. Good lord, a barcode tattoo? How very...American. I never did care overly much for Las Vegas.
