Oh look I found this again!

So I've been here for a day, I already have a headache bigger than I can remember and Dresden's not behind this. This actually blows away anything I've seen before. So, other than putting me in a fancy apartment with unlimited credit, what am I supposed to do? I can't get home and I don't have any cases. Someone better have an idea.
