So there's an open mic night on Sunday at The Cellar Lounge.

I was thinking of going and playing something, maybe. It's been awhile, and I'm out of practice, but I thought it could be fun.

Anyone interested in coming along and giving me more than liquid courage?

All the set-up work is done for the dance studio. I just need students.

So, everything went okay. I am so grateful to you guys for being there for me yesterday.

I'm okay and the baby's okay and everything is pretty awesome right now.

Her name is Mary Elizabeth Puckerman, Beth for short, and she is definitely the most perfect baby ever.

She is just amazing.

And now I'm going to cry again, even though I told myself I wouldn't.

This Vegas is not my Vegas, either. I grew up in Vegas, but I went to see my parents and my old house doesn't even exist. It's like it's been blanked out. I kind of want to know what the fuck is going on, but this is also kind of cool. Unlimited money, and hot skinny blondes who hate me. Not too bad.



So far, I've seen Ben Linus, James Ford (I think it was him), Kate Austen, Ben's daughter, Alex's blonde lover-boy, and some fat guy I vaguely recognise. So, who else from my time is here? Dead or alive? Omar? Naomi? Gault? Faraday, Lewis? Miles?

............Johnson?

Now this is more like it.

Jenny opens her own store-front and what do I do? Go back to slinging burgers at a greasy spoon. Yeah, go analyze that one, Zenner. Even I'm not entirely sure why I'm doing this. It has nothing to do with the fact that I miss seeing Michael. Not even a little.

It's not so bad here. I have some new friends and dad has a great car that I am going to get to drive. Yes, that's right, it's a convertible. I'm taking that to school. I still have a whole summer until that starts again.

Mom, are we getting together sometime soon.

Clearly this is not Los Angeles, and it's certainly not the last motel room I was in. I'm not clear on who this Zenner Corp is, but I'm sure they have a perfectly logical explanation for how I got here when the last thing I remember is Benjamin Linus choking the life out of me.

But I have missed the beach.

If I've traded one prison for another, then at least this prison has movie premieres and restaurants that don't cater exclusively into crispy boar. I'm also pretty damn happy that scavenged rags aren't a mandatory dress code.

I'm thinking of putting together a sort of Zenner Prom for people like the McKinley kids who missed ours, and won't get a chance to see theirs, as well as for anyone else who isn't in high school and wants to come. Any interest?
