Dr. Saunders was talking to me, and I could hear Topher saying he couldn't find the Dewey Pen I wanted. Then everything was black, and I couldn't hear anyone. It was cold, but not like absolute zero freezing, just uncomfortable. I couldn't get comfortable without my body, and I'm not sure how I could feel cold without a body. I woke up. It took a while to wake up, like I'd fallen asleep for the last time, but if that was so then how come I'm still me. I checked, and I'm still me.

I'm James Wilson and since the hospitals here do not seem to recognize my medical license for any openings, I figured I might open a free clinic. A small one to start with depending on how many people here are able to help out, but I don't really want to sit around doing nothing. House might go back to drugs if he doesn't have anything to do.

So I thought I'd see if they kidnapped any other doctors besides my team here, that includes Dr. Lisa Cuddy, Dr. Remy Hadley, Dr. Gregory House, and myself. If any of you are a little behind on the medical times, I would be happy to bring you up to date. We might not be in our time but we can still make a difference.
