• Lose those last 10 pounds
• Stick w Pilates regimen
• Go vegetarian
• Try for a baby again
• Go home without getting killed
• Land a Broadway audition (lol)
• Start a rooftop garden

This is nice and all, but these are New York autumn clothes, not Nevada winter. I also don't have anything else.
