The clinic has been pretty intense here, so if anyone has medical experience or even an extra set of capable hands I'm sure we'll find something for you to do here.

If you start coming down with the virus, we are working on a vaccine. For the time being we have a temporary if more extreme solution in the form of healing vampire blood. There may be some side effects, and therefore I'd like to keep that for only those who are infected with the virus.

Plenty of injuries can happen even without getting attacked by the infected, so be extra cautious. Most people are advised to stay inside and let the more powerful among us get supplies and keep things at bay. If you want to help you can volunteer here or at the homeless shelter where a great deal of people are hiding.

Sad when the most disconcerting thing about waking up in a penthouse is not the fact that I'm in a penthouse but the fact that I woke up at all. I don't... sleep. Ever.

Also disconcerting is the fact that I have a tattoo now, apparently. Last I checked, such things were just this side of impossible.

Sure as hell looks like Las Vegas outside my window. But this is not what I expected when I left Cardiff. At all.

Unless, of course, transport ships have changed recently.
